Di Jun Pepper Cakes, established by Mr. Wang Zhiqin in 2000, emerged from his years of expertise in crafting pepper cakes. Recognizing the potential for enhancing the traditional crust and filling, he dedicated extensive time to research and innovation. The result was a new-style pepper cakes, featuring chewy pork shoulder paired with sweet green onions from Dajia, Taichung. In 2016 and 2017, these pepper cakes earned the prestigious Michelin Guide's recommendation in Macau, becoming the world's first Michelin-recognized pepper cakes.

These revamped pepper cakes boast a crispy exterior, juicy, flavourful filling, and a convenient bite-sized portion, redefining the traditional pepper cakes and successfully capturing the attention of a younger audience.
