Ji Xiang Rice Dumpling positions itself as a pioneer in innovating and promoting traditional rice-based cuisine. In 2011, the company established its central store in Hualien, where it implemented a standardized operating procedure (SOP) for production and set up an HACCP-certified central kitchen, boosting production efficiency and ensuring consistent quality. The current maximum daily output is 10,000 rice dumplings. In the past three years, the company has successfully exported its products to six countries, including Japan, Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, Canada, and the United States.
Since its founding in 1977, Ji Xiang Rice Dumpling has grown to a team of 15 employees, with an annual revenue of approximately 200 million TWD. The company primarily focuses on distribution channel placement, with retail sales as a secondary service.
